The Company
The Grüezi Real Estate AG, with its head office in Berlin, is a very successful highly active real estate agency established since 1999. Its main focus is to acquire attractive properties in cities with great expansion potential. They concentrate on multi-family houses that can be divided into strata units (marketing en détail) and apartment complexes with several apartments for a residential portfolio (marketing en gros). Moreover, the company is managing and servicing these properties to maintain a high return and potential to appreciate in value (Asset-Management) on behalf of a third party. Grüezi mainly invests in middle-class areas that are central or in attractive suburbs with great infrastructure. The current hot focus is on Berlin and Leipzig. The management of the properties is taken care of by the sister company SwissKontor GmbH and other selected Cooperation partners. In 2006 the turn over was 16,6 Million Euro, an EBIT (earnings before interest and tax) of 4,9 Million Euro (EBIT-margin 29%).
