The GRÜEZI Real Estate AG is located in the centre of Berlin. It was founded in 1999 and has been very successful in its business of real estate trading ever since. GRÜEZI mainly focuses on the acquisition of attractive apartment houses in cities known for outstanding growth potential. The houses then either are split in condominiums (en detail) or, together with other selected single properties, bound to property portfolios (en gros). GRÜEZI predominantly invests in properties in well-established areas, focusing on the Berlin and Leipzig region. All properties are due to distribution by GRÜEZI’s subsidiary companies or selected partners.
