The GRÜEZI Real Estate AG has been acting in the property trading business ever since its foundation in 1999. GRÜEZI covers all services related to this segment. The company differs essentially from other quoted real estate companies as GRÜEZI does not focus on real estate holdings.

GRÜEZI’s business concept is divided into four areas:

Business en detail
Core business, having the largest business volume within the group, is the privatization segment (business en detail). GRÜEZI invests in selected properties in middle and good areas, mostly in Berlin and Leipzig. Divided into condominiums, the apartments are offered to investors, owner occupiers and renters for sale. Increasing potential yield, the real estate‘s value is upgraded by constructional efforts and - where applicable - building extensions.

Business en Gros
GRÜEZI has a wide knowledge base and competence in trading real estate portfolios. GRÜEZI invests in single apartments, which match its strict procurement requirements. Constructional work, an improved tenant structure and reduced costs increase the real estate’s value. GRÜEZI sells the properties to domestic and international institutional investors as well as to private investors in the high-class segment. According to the customers’ requirements, the properties are bundled to real estate portfolios.

Privatization service
In addition to the core business, en detail and the en gros segment, GRÜEZI also provides privatization services. GRÜEZI’s sales subsidiaries established a well-founded know how in the field of privatization. GRÜEZI offers this competence knowledge to external customers as privatization service for the distribution of properties on a commission basis.

Asset Management
GRÜEZI conducts asset management not only for its own assets, but also as a service for external customers. The asset management includes strategic and operative management, planning and control of all property-related activities. The overall focus is to increase the property‘s efficiency. GRÜEZI hereby always knows how to use applicable actions depending on the situation, such as profitability optimization, quality management and earnings control for the assets as well as the management of external service providers.
The company’s clear focus on its business segments allows to concentrate the necessary know how within the group. The considerable basis is granted by superior advanced training and specialization. This lays the foundations for GRÜEZI’s strong competitive position in the market.
